In their third collaboration, Engineered Garments and Paraboot present a revamped Chambord, meticulously designed by Daiki Suzuki. Drawing inspiration from a vintage Chamonix mountain boot he discovered, Suzuki has reimagined the Chambord with the buckle and strap features of old ski boots. This innovative design allows the boot to be worn with or without laces, akin to monk strap shoes. Offered in two sophisticated shades of grained Suportlo leather from the Degermann tanneries—ebony and black—the Chambord is completed with a notched Jannu sole. The result is a boot that balances elegant lines with a contemporary, functional aesthetic.
